    The building is 2 years old. Originally the apartment had only one bedroom, the second bedroom was build on the terrace is very comfy but doesn't have an air conditioning instead has an electric fun.
    Bed linen and towels provided.
    Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.

Parque Patricios

Half block away from Jujuy Ave. where is the entrance to the subway yellow line “H” with connection with the red line “B” with which one you can get in 15 minutes to the main points of touristic interest such as Plaza de Mayo, El Obelisco, Corrientes Ave., Puerto Madero, San Telmo, the pedestrian streets Lavalle and Florida, Galerías Pacífico, Pubs, money exchange houses and Banks, Plaza Miserere, Plaza Francia, Recoleta, Village Recoleta, Bellas Artes Museum, Estación Constitución and Retiro. Eleven blocks away is the historical and famous corner of San Juan and Boedo street where is the Restaurant/Tango Theater “Homero Manzi” where you can listen and watch the best Tango in town. Two blocks away there is an enormous park. Half block away there is a Carrefour Market a Kiosko and a bakery.

Algunos lugares de Interés en el Barrio de Parque Patricios

- Plazoleta Dr. Genaro Giacobini: que comprende las calles Pepirí, Uspallata, Atuel y la calle que delimita el Paseo Patricios.
- Plazoleta Pbro. Antonio Sáenz: fue dedicada al fundador de la Universidad de Buenos Aires en 1821.
- Plazoleta Ciudad de Lakewood: comprende las calles Amancio Alcorta, Monteagudo, Ancaste y vías del FF.CC. Belgrano.
- Plazoleta Juan Maffioli: lleva este nombre en memoria de quien fuera un notable pintor, escenógrafo y violinista del Teatro Colón y del Teatro Sarmiento.
- Plazoleta Herminio Masantonio: se encuentra en Av. Amancio Alcorta, Zavaleta y vías del FF.CC. Belgrano realizada en memoria del gran jugador del Club Atlético Huracán.
- Plaza Vuelta de Obligado: se encuentra en las avenidas Garay, Combate de los Pozos, 15 de Noviembre de 1889 y Pichincha. En éste lugar se hallaba antiguamente el Arsenal de Guerra.
- Parque Florentino Ameghino: se presume que aquí estaba la quinta de los Escalada y donde falleció Remedios de Escalada de San Martín, en agosto de 1823.
- Plazoleta Pringles: situada al lado del parque. Data de 1917, en Av Caseros y Monteagudo.
- Plaza España: está entre las avenidas Caseros y Amancio Alcorta. Allí estuvo anteriormente ubicado el Matadero del Sud.
- Café Benigno: frecuentado por González Castillo, Homero Manzi, Celedonio Flores, era el sitio elegido para jugar hasta altas horas de la noche al siete y medio, al truco, al tute cabrero. También de estos lugares era "el zurdito" Franco, violinista autor del tango "Noches de amor".
- Café "El 43": llamado así por su proximidad con la fábrica de cigarrillos de Uspallata y Antofagasta.
- Café "Manzanares": boliche del tiempo de los Mataderos que por las noches tenía la orquesta de señoritas y donde más tarde se creara la llamada "Catedral del Tango", donde Roque Biafore enloquecía con su bandoneón.
- El Globito: café del barrio, que se encuentra en la calle La Rioja y Av. Caseros. Tiene más de 50 años y funciona como bar, café y pizzería donde se reúnen los vecinos a hablar de economía, fútbol y política.
- Pintores: estos cafés fueron frecuentados por pintores bohemios, que se reunían dando origen a un movimiento llamado "Bermellón". Por allí pasaron pintores de la talla de Atilio Malinverno, Onofrio Pacenza, Fortunato Lacámara y Quinquela Martín.
- Club Atlético Huracán: Av. Caseros 3159 - Teléfono 4911-6713. Fundado en 1908 ocupó la plazoleta enmarcada por las calles Zavaleta, la Av. Amancio Alcorta y las vías del ferrocarril Belgrano. Recordando la proeza que realizara Jorge Newbery, con el aerostato "Huracán" cuando unió La Argentina y Brasil en 13 horas de vuelo, ese club tiene su nombre y el escudo con el famoso "Globito".
